Introducing flexibility in the form of an agile or hybrid workplace reduces space requirements leading to cost savings, which leads to reduced running costs and helps meet carbon targets. Through every part of the design process I employ environmental sustainability and occupancy wellbeing principles in order to create a healthy building that lowers consumption of resources and produces less waste.
